Training Styles and Packages

We offer small group training sessions, the music is loud and the laughter is louder! To ensure we offer an attentive environment, we cap attendance at 18 x people per class. For our first-time clients, you can register for a free trial online. Below are the classes we offer at Fitness Ring.

 

 

Boxing Classes

We offer 45 minute and 1 hour boxing sessions which comprise of partner pad work, boxing combinations, drills and bag work. If you are looking for improved cardiovascular fitness, weight loss, toning up, or learning the art of boxing from a professional ex-fighter then this class is for you.

Kickboxing Classes

We offer straight one hour Kickboxing classes and well as fusion Kickboxing classes, an awesome combination of both punching and kicking pad work, you will need to bring your gloves and wraps for this class. If you have a love of martial arts movies and a desire to build legs of steel then this class is for you.

Morning Bootcamp Classes

Want to start the day right? We offer a variety of 6am classes. These classes types include Boxing, Boxing and HIIT, Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Weights (all 45mins). Enjoy firing up the metabolism and kick-starting your heart with morning boot camp.

HIIT and Conditioning Classes

Half an hour of power for those who just want to GET IT DONE. A combination of body weight and high intensity exercises, designed to keep that heart rate up and condition the body from head to toe. It is short, it is sharp, it is intense.

Boxing and Yoga Combination Classes

These are specially designed classes for those looking to balance out their training. Half an hour of boxing and partner pad work with Nick, followed by some chest and shoulder opening yoga poses, a little Vinyasa flow, ended with balancing, stretching and calming postures leaving you relaxed and chilled out with yoga teacher, Caz.

Abs Classes

Want abs of steel? This half an hour of power will make your middle as tight as tiger. Mat and standing exercises focusing on building your core strength – a great foundation for perfecting your punch.

 

Yoga and Guided Meditation Specialty Classes

Can you find space and quiet within, even in the midst of your busy, dynamic life? Join us for our monthly catch up where we dim the lights and get our zen on.
