Fitness Ring Boxing Studio
Fitness Ring is a private fitness studio that specializes in Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai. It accommodates both individuals for one on one personal training and small group personal training. In addition, we offer group classes, Boot Camps, and corporate programs available to the public.

Equipment
The studio is equip with a boxing ring, boxing and kickboxing bags of many sorts, speedball, skipping ropes, Russian kettle bell weights, resistance bands, War Machine, gymnastic rings, marine ropes, pilate roller’s, and much more.
Everlast Boxing Gear
For your convenience, Fitness Ring has carefully selected and stocked a quality range of essential training accessories from Everlast. We carry gloves for men and woman starting at 8oz all the way to professional 16oz gloves to suit any budget. We also carry a variety of wraps and various other Everlast equipment to be used at home.

Pre and Post Fitness Nutrition
We stock a variety of products from Musashi, such as recovery protein shakes and bars, energy snacks, energy drinks, and bottled water.
Shower and Change Room
For your convenience we have a change room and shower available to use. Great for pre- work sessions!
No Memberships, No Commitment
At Fitness Ring there are no memberships required or joining fee’s of any kind. This allows you to drop in to participate in our group classes and Boot Camps without making any sort of commitment.
