The Next 6 Week Fitness Challenge

Sept 1 - OCT 13

How It Works:
Step 1 - All participants will get started with meal plans, an information session with a dietician, and a body composition test.
Step 2 - Commit and stick to a training schedule. The training is up to you! Of course the more you train, the better results you'll get. We recommend 3 or more sessions each week to get optimal results. This package includes group classes, and semi private sessions.
Step 3 - At the end of 6 weeks you will do a final body composition test to compare before and after results. The person who has the best improvement with their fitness assessment, body fat and weight loss will win a prize.
