6 Week Boxing Challenge

How It Works
Step 1: Kick off on February 7th with a before photo and a body composition scan by Jocelyn at Melbourne Body Composition - your official starting point.
Step 2: Train hard and consistently! With unlimited group classes, aim for 3+ sessions per week. Weekly check-ins will keep you motivated and on track.
Step 3: Finish strong with an after photo and final body scan. The best overall transformation wins a private 1-on-1 session with the FR trainer of your choice!
