Standard POLICIES:

Free Trial Class: Must be pre-booked online and subject to availability. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the class start time. We reserve the right to turn away anyone who is late and/or disrupts the start of class. We have a strict 24 hour cancel policy or you lose your free session. Due to hygiene reasons we require that each person bring their own wraps and gloves. We do not hire them out. We also sell a huge range of Everlast gear at the studio.

Personal Training: Must be pre-paid in full. All single sessions are valid for 6 months after purchase date.  All passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

PT Bookings: In order to book a private personal training session, you must create a profile online and pay for the initial session. All Personal Training sessions must be booked directly with Tonia 0407 961 874 or email

Workshops: Must be pre-paid in full & valid for time frame specified. Please attend all classes as they will not be repeated. Workshops are non-transferable and non refundable.

Direct Debit Requirements: If you choose to use a bank account, you must fill out the Direct Debit form and email the studio to start. 

Credit Card Transactions: All credit card transactions can be done online via MINDBODY.

All Group Class Passes must be paid in full prior to commencement and are valid for the time frames listed above. All Group Class Passes are non refundable, non-transferable, and we do not allow extensions.

Gift Cards:  Vouchers are non refundable. They may be used for fitness training classes, merchandise, and personal training.  All gift cards must be redeemed by the expiry date indicated on the gift card receipt. Initial training sessions must be paid online before we can reserve your time with the personal trainer. Subsequent sessions must be paid for on the day of training.

For all classes and personal training sessions, we would appreciate if you could notify Fitness Ring no less than 24 hours before your scheduled training session. If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment and fail to give 24 hours notice, you will be liable for the full session.

In the case of classes it's important to keep a good dynamic and motivation between participants, camaraderie is a fantastic thing when it works. When it comes to your personal training session, this time has been reserved especially for you so in both cases cancellation etiquette is important to Fitness Ring. Thank you for respecting this policy.


It's important to check-in. If it's your first time one of our friendly staff/trainers will be on hand to take you through the ropes. All of the group class bookings must be completed online through MINDBODY or via a MINDBODY App and you will soon get into the hang of things. It's a small intimate space so Check-in regularly and keep it personal. This is also so we can encourage your fitness and get you on the path to your desired goals. 


We love our little studio and want all our members to enjoy the space equally. Respect goes a long way. It's a small intimate space so always keep the training areas clean. Apply the same level of respect to others working out around you. Have fun, wear a smile and be patient with others when sharing the equipment. There should never be a dispute between patrons and the staff and management expect that you look after place as you train and come and go. In the rare chance that there is a dispute, email Tonia and management reserves the right to determine the outcome fairly.


We are health professionals, but not mind readers. It's up to the patrons to announce any serious medical concerns. Then as professionals we can manage these concerns, individualise programs to cater and customise routines for your needs so that you can have access to the studio and personal training without a concern. We do encourage and promote regular fitness assessments and responsible management of your fitness and well being while in the Fitness Ring. Self responsibility outside the Fitness Ring is important too in achieving your goals and we actively help you with that as well. Advice is only advice, members are encouraged to seek and formulate their own opinion and where health issues are paramount take some onus to their approach, training schedule and types of exercises.
