We’ve been teaching these classes at Fitness Ring for over 15 years, refining what works so you can train safely, confidently, and consistently.

Beginners are always welcome. All fitness levels supported.


Boxing · 45 minutes

Learn authentic boxing technique while improving fitness, coordination, and confidence. Classes include footwork, pad work, combinations, and partner drills, all coached with clear instruction and progression.

Suitable for beginners. Technique is coached and exercises are scaled.

Benefits: cardio fitness, confidence, stress relief, real boxing skills.

Boxing Conditioning · 60 minutes

A full-body workout combining boxing drills, strength, cardio, and core training. This class delivers maximum conditioning while maintaining proper technique and control.

Beginner-friendly with options to progress at your own pace.

Benefits: fat loss, endurance, total-body strength

Total Abs · 30 minutes

A focused core workout using bodyweight and functional movements, with equipment such as medicine balls and TRX. Short, effective, and ideal as a stand-alone class or add-on.
