Why October matters (more than you think)

  • Momentum beats motivation. Motivation is moody. Momentum shows up. October gives you 31 chances to stack small wins until they feel automatic.

  • Sun’s out, serotonin’s up. Movement + daylight = better sleep, sharper brain, nicer human.

  • Final sprint of the year. You don’t need “perfect.” You need consistent. We’ve got the rhythm, coaching, and community to make it stick.
