We offer one free trial class to get you comfortable at Fitness Ring. You must be pre-book online and arrive 15 minutes prior to the class start time.

Terms and conditions are outlined on the website. Please be aware of requirements before booking.



1 GROUP Class $32

At Fitness Ring we have NO JOINING FEES for all our programs. As long as your fitness has been assessed and you are registered with us, you can join in where you want as a casual member and enjoy the Fitness Ring within our operating hours as you need us.


Introductory Classes

10 Class Pass $179

A great way to get you started.  A cost effective and flexible way to get you into the ring and discover our unique approach to your personal training with us. It can be used for all group classes and boot camps, so let's talk about what suits you best and personalise your experience with Fitness Ring. Limited to new clients only.

Unlimited Group Class Membership

6 month contract $48/wk • fortnightly NO CONTRACT $55/wk

Ok it's time to get serious. You know the drill, you love your trainer, you've had either a FREE trial class or booked our Introductory Class Pass and now you want more!  You're already a member so either grab a contract like you mean it or come more casually fortnightly to enjoy the fun of the Fitness Ring.

All passes can be used for every class on our MINDBODY timetable. It's an easy and convenient way to try a variety of group fitness classes and find out the best group that suits you. To save money you can purchase these passes online and then book into your groups. It's that easy!


Personal Training

60 MINUTES • Bulk session pricing Available

All of our personal training sessions are booked for 60 minutes. Learn the art of boxing, kickboxing, or Muay Thai. Personal training is recommended for beginners to advanced.  It's a good way to join the Fitness Ring family and enjoy the fun.

Every couple of months Fitness Ring offers fitness challenges. We often mix up these challenges and focus on different routines so the challenges stay fresh engaging and highly motivating.

For individuals who are serious about achieving personal fitness goals but enjoy the flexibility, variety and personalised fitness program that only Fitness Ring can offer.  Starting with an initial consultation with Tonia, we will personalise a 12 Week Fitness Program to suit you and get you to reach your goals.

Terms and conditions:

Free Trial Class Must be pre-booked online and subject to availability. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the class start time. We reserve the right to turn away anyone who is late and/or disrupts the start of class. We have a strict 24 hour cancel policy or you lose your free session. Due to hygiene reasons we require that each person bring their own wraps and gloves. We do not hire them out. We also sell a huge range of Everlast gear at the studio.

Personal Training Must be pre-paid in full. All single sessions are valid for 6 months after purchase date.  All passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Personal Training Bookings In order to book a private personal training session, you must create a profile online and pay for the initial session. All Personal Training sessions must be booked directly with Tonia 0407 961 874 or email

Workshops Must be pre-paid in full & valid for time frame specified. Please attend all classes as they will not be repeated. Workshops are non-transferable and non refundable.

Direct Debit Requirements If you choose to use a bank account, you must fill out the Direct Debit form and email the studio to start. Click here to download Direct Debit. Credit Card Transactions: All credit card transactions can be done online via MINDBODY.

All Group Class Passes must be paid in full prior to commencement and are valid for the time frames listed above. All Group Class Passes are non refundable, non-transferable, and we do not allow extensions.


The following is the general timetable of the various boxing fitness classes that we offer.  We find that most of our clients like to mix the various boxing classes as part of the boxing fitness class routine. Of course, we can customise a program that will best suit your fitness goals and budget.
