7 Week Boxing Challenge

DATES MAY 4 - JUNE 22, 2024

How It Works:
Step 1 - All participants will get started first thing Saturday morning with a “before photo”and body composition scan. We will have Jocelyn from Melbourne Body Composition in studio to give you a detailed print out and personal review. Let’s make it official!
Step 2 - Commit and stick to a training schedule. The training is up to you! Of course the more you train, the better results you'll get. We recommend 3 or more sessions each week to learn the art of boxing and get optimal results. This challenge package includes unlimited group classes, and you are also able to book additional private sessions with our trainers. There will be a weekly tally posted on our WhatsApp group so let’s get competitive!
Step 3 - At the end of 7 weeks you will do a “after photo” and final body composition scan to compare before and after results. The person who has the best overall improvement will win a prize.
